Join us for a fast pace, high-intensity interval training class. We build a circuit and challenge exercises around the Precor Queenax frame using the TRX, battle ropes, slam balls, weights, rowers, fan bikes and more. Each workout is different and sure to challenge you. While you can go at your own pace, taking as much rest as you want, this class tends to be difficult if followed as written.
