AQUA AEROBICS: This is a shallow water aquatic exercise class.  You will focus on a combination of cardio, strength and flexibility exercises that can be done at each individual’s own pace. This class uses a variety of equipment including foam dumbbells, noodles, webbed gloves and other items to provide upper and lower body resistance.

AQUA CIRCUIT: This is a self-led, 45-minute class where participants go through exercises “stations” in both the shallow and deep end focusing on a variety of cardio and strength exercises.  Stations may be repeated or skipped as the participant feels able (deep water not mandatory).
