This is a shallow water aquatic exercise class.  You will focus on a combination of cardio, strength and flexibility exercises that can be done at each individual’s own pace. This class uses a variety of equipment including foam dumbbells, noodles, webbed gloves and other items to provide upper and lower body resistance.
