Yoga will allow yogis to take the time and space to rest and recover from the stresses of daily life. With an emphasis on deep stretches and connecting to the breath, this yoga class will be a perfect midday and midweek reset and is accessible for all levels of yoga practitioners. This grounding practice will utilize props like blocks and bolsters and will give yogis the opportunity to calm the nervous system, decrease stress, and leave feeling refreshed and equipped to take on the day.
